Japanese artist and designer Tokujin Yoshioka has created a solo show in the Shiseido gallery, Ginza, Tokyo called’ TOKUJIN YOSHIOKA_SPECTRUM’, which aims to follow the in-depth exploration of the relationship between man and the natural world through light.
The solo exhibition gives a journey through light, focusing on rainbow colors. Light is separated into consisting colors using a polyhedral prism and projects a spectrum across the space.
The Shiseido art gallery is located at the basement of the Shiseido parlour in Ginza, which also houses cafes and restaurants. The space has a changing array of art and leans towards installation pieces.
