Albéa has announced the acquisition of Scandolara Tub-Est, which operates a laminate tubes facility in Levice, Slovakia.

Scandolara specializes in the oral care market, serving global and regional brands across Europe. Last year, the company achieved sales of €20 million and it employs 130 people.

The deal will consolidate Albéa’s regional leadership in tubes, extending its capacity to serve customers across Europe and bringing its European laminate tube facility count to six.
