AmorePacific to launch world-first 3D-printed bespoke face mask

AmorePacific is set to launch a new bespoke face mask, said to be the first of its kind in the world, according to a report published by Business Korea.

The Tailored Mask will hit stores in 2018 and includes a bespoke 3D printed mask and custom-formulated serum. In the meantime, early adopters can trial the mask at the IOPE Lab in Myeong-Dong.

The 3D printing technique used to produce each mask was developed by AmorePacific and Lincsolution. The technology allows for customization in terms of facial shape and size and the location of facial features such as eyes and nose.
