Avon launches e-commerce platform for Mexican market

THE WHAT? Natura &Co’s Avon has debuted an e-commerce platform for shoppers in Mexico, according to a report published by Retail & Leisure International.

THE DETAILS Representatives for the direct sales brand in Mexico will register via the online store and create their own virtual store, generating an exclusive link which they can then share with their customers.  

THE WHY? The move is part of Natura &Co’s wider drive towards digitalization following its acquisition of Avon in 2020. As GM for northern Latin America at Avon, Magdalena Ferreira Lamas told Retail & Leisure International, the digital store is a ‘quantum leap’ for the brand.
