THE WHAT? Avon Philippines has been recognized as a Top Employer by the Top Employer Institute for its employee work policies, according to a report published by the Manila Standard.

THE DETAILS The Top Employer Institute rates employers on the basis of an HR Practices Survey, which covers six key domains, from People Strategy to Diversity and Inclusion and Work Environment, among others.

THE WHY? Razvan Diratian, GM, Avon Philippines, told the Manila Standard, “Avon was founded as a company for its people, and we are dedicated to this commitment by continuously improving our people practices, thus furthering our associates’ ability to serve our representatives. We take care of our own so that we may take care of our partners, and in effect, do good for our customers and the communities we serve.”
