Aware Products appoints Judy Arbour-Fall as Division Director

US hair care and skin care branding company Aware Products has appointed Judy Arbour-Fall to oversee its Personalised Branding division.

Abour-Fall has 20 years’ experience in package development and has worked on products for Merle Norman Cosmetics, Victoria’s Secret, Origins, Nature’s Gate, and Guthy-Renker.

In her new role as Division Director, Arbour Fall will manage Aware Products’ Personalised Branding division, which collaborates with salons and spas to support them in creating their own professional product lines.

Unlike some private label suppliers, which offer off-the-shelf formulations, Aware collaborates with its salon and spa partners to help them develop original and unique products.

The Personalised Branding division operates with the tagline “The brand behind your brand” and offers in-salon education, merchandising and marketing support to clients. 

Arbour-Fall has experience working with salons, having started her career at Glemby International, which operated more than 1,600 hair salons worldwide. 

As part of Arbour-Fall’s team, Account Manager Toi Holmes has been promoted to the role of Divisional Sales Manager. A California state licensed esthetician, Holmes has 17 years of experience in the aesthetic, cosmetic and personal care industry.

Arbour-Fall commented, “What we’re doing at Aware is a complete reinvention of the personalized branding/private label concept.
