Chemicals maker BASF has appointed Piyada Charoensirisomboon as Vice President, Global Development Personal Care.

Charoensirisomboon succeeds Karlheinz Hill, and has moved on from her previous role as manager of BASF’s Advanced Chemicals’ Innovation Campus Asia Pacific in Shanghai.

In other appointment news for the company Lucilene Veira Nunes has been announced as the new Director Strategic Marketing for Personal Care Specialties Europe. Nunes will report to Dirk Mampe, Vice President Business Management for Personal Care Specialties Europe and has previously headed up the company’s Global Marketing for BASF’s Aroma Ingredients Business.
