Beiersdorf and Kuehne + Nagel have agreed to extend their existing partnership, with the latter appointed to handle supply chain delivery for the Nivea manufacturer in Hamburg until 2024, according to a report published by The Stat Trade Times.

“We are further expanding our integrated supply chain, and are committed to Hamburg. Hence, we rely on stability and continuity. This is a signal for the city, and for employees of both companies,” Harald Emberger, Beiersdorf’s Corporate Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, told The Stat Trade Times.

Kuehne + Nagel is currently revamping its Hamburg facility into a state-of-the-art logistics center, which will feature automated guided vehicles, new picking and storage technology and increased square footage for its fully automated high-bay warehouse.
