The crown has slipped slightly for teen entrepreneur Kylie Jenner as its been announced that her famous Lip Kits have received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau – the body’s lowest possible score.

The rating, which relates to business practices and customer service, was given due to 133 complaints that were lodged not having been resolved properly, with the BBB stating that, “failed to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints.”

A main concern of many of the complaints was delivery issues while a large amount had problems with the kits. Indeed, some failed to receive their product at all.

The Kylie camp has blamed the recognizable packaging for much of its problems, stating its due to this that many have been stolen or gone vandalized – a problem their now working on with new packaging.

Jenner has responded with a statement that reads, “I’ve sold millions of my lip kits and any complaint we received to date has been addressed in a timely manner. I’m sick and tired of people coming for my business.”
