Brand Britain is making its mark on the global beauty market, according to a new report by The Raconteur.
According to the report, the global beauty market is lapping up British brand due to their strong identity, which is steadfast both at home and abroad. Neal’s Yard, for example, has increased international turnover by 205 percent over the past seven years, with a strong seven stores opening in Japan.
Helen Cooper, Managing Director of Neal’s Yard Remedies told the website, “Consumers value the craftsmanship and quality of British beauty brands that have a trusted and reputable heritage.”
It is also thought to be the companies product efficacy and strong marketing insights that are propelling the likes of British brands This Works, Nails Inc and Yardley to new heights worldwide.
