Kim Kardashian is set to launch three limited edition fragrances via her website kkwbeauty.com today, according to a report published by WWD. The collection is predicted to pull in some US$14.3 million in sales, with the 300,000 run expected to sell out ‘within minutes’.
The scents, all based on Kardashian’s favorite flower, the gardenia, will be available in 30 ml and 75ml on a first-come, first-served basis. The collection will be sold exclusively online, with the exception of a bricks-and-mortar presence at Violet Grey’s LA store.
“I think it’s going to work,” Kardashian told WWD. “I tried to make it really timeless so that it can’t just be all about a celebrity fragrance.”
