THE WHAT? Chanel’s reusable water bottle and carry case has landed in UK stores, and priced at £4,410 it’s quite the investment piece, according to a report published by The Guardian.

THE DETAILS The gold-coloured bottle comes complete with a lambskin carry case fitted with a long gold chain so it can be worn over the shoulder. The product has proven a hit, and is said to be virtually sold out.

THE WHY? Rich people want to be sustainable too, don’t you know? Presumably, however, they aren’t filling this accessory up from any old tap – perhaps five-star hotels will offer dedicated refill stations?
