Church & Dwight has announced that Richard A Dierker will replace Matthew Farrell as Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2016. Currently Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Farrell will become Chief Executive Officer on the same date.
Dierker, who joined the personal care manufacturer in 2009 from Alpharma Inc, is currently Vice President Corporate Finance, holding responsibility for most day-to-day operations of the global finance function.
