Colgate-Palmolive has announced the appointment of Henning Jakobsen as new Chief Financial Officer who will succeed Dennis Hickey. Hickey will be promoted to Vice Chairman.

Jakobsen is currently serving at the company as Vice President and Corporate Controller, having first joined in 1989. During his time at Colgate-Palmolive, Jakobsen has held financial positions that were pivotal in the company, as well as General Manager roles in Africa and Europe.

Meanwhile Hickey has been with the company since 1977 and held financial positions across both Europe and North America.
