Coty has announced that Esi Eggleston Bracey has given notice of her intention to leave her position of President, Coty Consumer Beauty ‘for personal reasons’. Bracey will remain at Coty for a transition period until the end of the month.
Laurent Kleitman, currently Executive Vice President Global Hair Care Category at Unilever, has been appointed Bracey’s successor and a member of the Coty Executive Committee, reporting directly to Camillo Pane. He will join Coty on May 15, 2017, with Pane overseeing the Consumer Beauty division in the interim between his start date and Bracey’s departure.

Kleitman has held his current position since 2015, prior to this, he was CEO of Unilever Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
