Coty poaches Coach CEO for SVP Consumer Beauty role

Coty has appointed the former President and CEO of Coach Europe to the role of Senior Vice President, Coty Consumer Beauty Europe, according to an exclusive report published by WWD. Andrew Stanleick is due to commence his new role today.

Stanleick will report to Laurent Kleitman, President, Coty Consumer Beauty and will be based in Geneva. He is charged with overseeing the growth of the Consumer Beauty unit in the region, with Rimmel, MaxFactor, Boujois and Adidas all under his remit.

“I am pleased to welcome Andrew to Coty,” Kleitman told WWD. “He has a strong track record in leading successful businesses and teams, and delivering results. He brings solid relationships with key retail partners across the region. He is well-aligned to our culture and to our Coty purpose to celebrate and liberate the diversity of beauty.”

The move represents a return to the beauty industry for Stanleick, who prior to his stint at Coach served for 13 years across various roles for L’Oréal, having stepped onto the career ladder at Unilever.
