PZ Cussons has appointed Croda’s Finance Director, Jez Maiden, a Non-Executive Director, according to a report published by The Morning Star.

“We are delighted to announce Jez’s appointment. He has held various senior finance positions throughout his career to date and is also an experienced non-executive director. He is an excellent addition to our board,” said Chairman Richard Harvey.

Maiden’s appointment is effective November 1.
