Johnson & Johnson has awarded the digital account for its Neutrogena brand in Hong Kong to DDB Group Hong Kong, according to a report published by Branding in Asia.
The media agency is charged with driving the brand’s overall digital communications planning, creative and production. DDB Group Hong Kong is expected to launch its first campaign for the brand in the first half of 2016.
“We have put together a suite of digital and social media products and services that are tailored for Neutrogena Hong Kong, and specifically to provide a winning edge,” Mitchell Tan, Head of Tribal Worldwide Hong Kong and Digital Group Head at DDB Hong Kong told Branding in Asia.
“We were hugely impressed by DDB’s category knowledge and understanding of our business challenges. Their creativity also demonstrated a strategic opportunity to take our brand to the next level. I believe this team can deliver something out of the ordinary for Neutrogena,” added Rick Fong, Marketing Director for North Asia – Hong Kong and Taiwan for Neutrogena.
