THE WHAT? Dior has teamed up with Portuguese chef Jose Avillez to put together a multi-sensory menu inspired by the LVMH-owned label’s most popular perfumes, according to a report published by Hotel & Catering.
THE DETAILS The menu will be served at Dubai restaurant Tasca and feature courses paired with the region’s most favored scents: Gris Dior, Oud Rosewood, Oud Isoahan, Purple Oud, Ambre Nuit and Tobacolor.
THE WHY? Chef Avillez told Hotel & Catering, “We’re extremely excited to be able to collaborate with Maison Christian Dior to combine the vibrant dining experience Tasca is known for with one of the most renowned brands in fragrance. Creating such a unique concept in dining will hopefully inspire people to see this as more than simply dining, but a true feast for the senses.”
