Dior opens first make-up boutique in New York’s Westfiled World Trade Center

Dior Beauty has opened its first dedicated bricks-and-mortar make-up boutique in Manhattan’s Westfield World Trade Center, according to a report published by WWD.

The new 650-square-foot store is targeted at millennials and is designed to look like a runway show, with a floor-to-ceiling screen streaming video, and six stations manned by beauticians and make-up artists. The store will be primarily focused on make-up, and offer services such as makeovers and brow and lash styling, but will also carry a perfume bar stocked with the brand’s core scents.

“We are very proud and happy to have this new landmark for Parfum Christian Dior, with this new, one-of-a-kind concept boutique,” Renaud de Lesquen, President of North America Christian Dior Couture and Parfums told WWD.
