Ten out of the possible 12 fragrance brands are set to transfer from Proctor & Gamble licenses to Coty in the transfer set to take place in the latter half of 2016, however, Dolce & Gabbana and Christina Aguilera will not be joining their stablemates.
Coty has confirmed that, upon regulatory approval and completion of the merger, ten brands will transfer to them, which are, Alexander McQueen, Bruno Banani, Escada, Gabriela Sabatini, Gucci, Hugo Boss, James Bond, Lacoste, Mexx and Stella McCartney.
However, Dolce & Gabbana and Christina Aguilera Perfumes failed to provide their content within the desired time frame and as a result it was decided they would not be transferred in a bid to keep on the right path with the transaction.
