Dr Hauschka launches into oral care market

Personal care brand Dr Hauschka has entered a new market with the launch of its new Med Oral Care Line.

With a portfolio of lines across body, skin care and color cosmetics this is the company’s first foray into oral hygiene with its 100 percent natural oral care range.

Victor Morrison, CEO of Dr. Hauschka Skin Care, said, “We are thrilled to be entering into this new category. This expansion will enable us to offer more products to our existing fans and reach new consumers through the oral care category.”

The range was developed in collaboration with dentists and is made with nourishing plant ingredients to soothe and fortify teeth and gums. It consists of four products: Labimint Acute Lip Care, Sensitive Saltwater Toothpaste, Fortifying Mint Toothpaste, and Sage Mouthwash.

Launched this month, the Med Oral Care Line targets the naturals market and is formulated without fluorides and sodium laureth sulfate, while also containing certified natural ingredients to help maintain healthy teeth and gums, freshen breath, remove plaque, prevent tartar, and support overall oral health.
