Consumer goods company Edgewell Personal Care Company has announced the acquisition of UK-based male grooming link Bulldog Skincare.
The acquisition of the skincare company adds to its portfolio of brands such as Schick and Wilkinson Sword.
More details of the acquisition will emerge in Edgewell’s earning’s call later this month.

Simon Duffy, Founder of Bulldog, which was launched in 2006, says, “”We are delighted to be joining Edgewell’s fantastic family of brands.
