Global prestige beauty products company Elizabeth Arden has announced the appointment of JuE Wong as president, commencing 3rd August, 2015. The appointment goes hand in hand with the news of a joint venture agreement with Asian prestige beauty distributor Luxasia Ventures Pte Ltd.

 Wong joins the company with extensive experience in the industry having previously held positions as Chief Executive Officer of StriVectin and Astral brands and various leadership roles for brands such as N.V. Perricone M.D. Cosmeceuticals and Murad.

The company hopes to use Wong’s extensive background of commercial and marketing experience, including product development, integrated marketing communications, sales and operational expertise, to attract new consumers, grow market share and enhance brand equity.

Wong’s expertise in developing new markets, in particular Asia, opening new distribution channels and leveraging strong retail relationships around the world is hoped to help with the next phase of Elizabeth Arden’s multi-year repositioning and fuel its growth internationally.

The recent joint venture agreement with premier beauty distributor Luxasia will no doubt aid the company’s step towards growing the portfolio of brands in this area.
