THE WHAT? In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the women’s suffrage movement, Revlon-owned Elizabeth Arden has debuted a campaign in support of I am a voter.
THE DETAILS I am a voter is a leading non-partisan public awareness campaign dedicated to educating, empowering and encouraging Americans to vote in US elections. The Revlon-owned brand will run a 360 degree campaign through Election Day in November.
“We are so thrilled to have fellow advocate and iconic beauty brand, Elizabeth Arden, support the I am a voter. movement leading up to the 2020 election. Ms. Arden used her voice and her brand to aid a cultural shift she believed in a century ago – and now they are leveraging their platforms to inform, empower and mobilize citizens to participate in our democracy,” said I am a voter Co-founder, Mandana Dayani.
THE WHY? Described as the original ‘girl boss’, Elizabeth Arden’s eponymous Founder was a suffragette, marching down Fifth Avenue in 1912. With this new campaign, the brand is continuing its creator’s legacy.
