Estée Lauder announces new Glamglow leadership

Following its acquisition of LA-based Glamglow in January 2015, Estée Lauder has announced a series of leadership updates for the mud-mask brand.

Smashbox President Beth DiNardo will assume the title of Global Brand President, Smashbox and Glamglow, effective immediately and reporting directly to John Demsey, ELC Executive Group President.

Meanwhile, Paula Pontes will re-join the company as Senior Vice President / Global General Manager, Glamglow, succeeding Reinaldo Gonzalez as of November 1, 2016. Pontes will work closely with Glamglow’s Founders Glenn and Shannon Dellimore, and is charged with continuing to build brand equity, developing and implementing the brand strategy and advancing the global business.

“Glamglow’s move to become a fully integrated brand is an important milestone for GLAMGLOW and for our Company,” said Demsey. “I am confident that Beth and Paula’s strong leadership capabilities, experience with California-based brands and continued collaboration with Glenn, Shannon and the entire Glamglow team will help usher in the brand’s next phase of growth.”

Glenn and Shannon Dellimore added, “Rey has been a great partner in taking the brand to the next level. Beth and Paula are both inspiring leaders with incredible creativity and deep affinity for LA culture and Hollywood trends. We are thrilled to have them on board at Glamglow.”
