Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has announced a management reshuffle, with April K. Anslinger joining the company as Senior Vice President/General Manager, Aveda – North America, while Andrea Dorigo joined as Senior Vice President, General Manager, Global Retail, ELC.
ELC has labelled the two new appointments as ‘key industry disruptors’ in both brand and retail, with the new positions having started February end.
Anslinger will report directly to Chris Good, President, North America, in her new role, and will be in charge of optimizing Aveda’s growth in North America overseeing marketing, retail, field sales and education in the region. Meanwhile Dorigo is set to ‘further strengthen the vision and strategy for the future of retail at the Company’ and will be responsible for drive profitable growth, boost the potential of omnichannel, and create further opportunities to strength consumer coverage.’ (sic)
Both appointments bring with them a wealth of experience in the relative fields, with Dorigo having served in management positions within the luxury sector, while Anslinger held numerous brand managerial roles across the health and beauty industry.
