Beauty powerhouse Estée Lauder has made three promotions within its management structure; Stephane de la Faverie has been appointed as Global Brand President, Origins and Darphine, Beth DiNardo has moved up to Global Brand President of Smashbox, while Daniel Rachmanis has been named as President, Latin America.
The reshuffle comes after the company spoke highly of each individual’s successful career and leadership qualities.
De la Faverie has been promoted from Senior Vice President and General Manager of Origins and Darphin and has been widely acknowledge as accelerating global distribution and expanding Origin’s global reach in China. He will continue to report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, group president.
Meanwhile DiNardo has worked on Smashbox since the company acquired the brand in 2010 and has been integral in making sure the brand has a presence in over 40 countries with a focus on hero products. She also had a hand in pushing the color cosmetics business.
And finally, Rachmanis has been a key player in Latin America, driving the company forward in this market since 2009 and having many accomplishments under his belt, including helping the company achieve triple sales over the last five years. Likewise he helped to expand into 30 key second tier cities across 17 markets.
