Chemical’s company has announced a purchase agreement for the acquisition of the probiotics business from Spanish company Norel.

According to the deal, Evonik will purchase the company’s site in Spain alongside the probiotics product portfolio.

Details of the transaction have not been disclosed, however the business will be integrated into Evonik’s Animal Nutrition Business Line.
