Good Glamm acquires Indian digital and media platform ScoopWhoop

THE WHAT? MyGlamm parent company Good Glamm has acquired Indian digital and media platform ScoopWhoop.

THE DETAILS The acquisition will see Good Glamm access a wider consumer, with ScoopWhoop having a male audience of over 60 percent. 

Based in New Delhi, ScoopWhoop will continue to work as an independent brand and media house within the Good Glamm Group. 

Founders Sattvik Mishra, Rishi Pratim Mukherjee & Sriparna Tikekar will continue leading ScoopWhoop and will work closely with Darpan Sanghvi, Priyanka Gill and Naiyya Saggi, Co-founders of the Good Glamm Group.

THE WHY? The buyout is said to pave the way for Good Glamm to enter the content-to-commerce for the fast-growing male segment, with the company set to invest Rs. 500 crores into the men’s category.
