Gucci brings its Circolo concept to London’s Shoreditch

THE WHAT? Gucci has unveiled a new pop-up in London’s Shoreditch district. Gucci Circolo Shoreditch is described as a neighborhood-centric temporary space where visitors can gather to discover the House’s collections and codes through an original, multi-sensory experience.

THE DETAILS The store will not only showcase the brand’s Gucci 100 ready-to-wear accessories and footwear lines but also be stocked with some of the rarest fashion, art and photography books curated by cult London librarians, IDEA.

There’s a listening lounge to boot where guests can enjoy albums created by musical friends of the house and a cade which will double as a workspace for local creative communities during the week.

The luxury Italian label has committed to a continuously evolving program of neighborhood centric initiatives for the Gucci Community too.

THE WHY? The Circolo concept, which has already successfully debuted in Berlin and Milan, chimes with the wider shift towards event retail.
