Estée Lauder has appointed Guillaume Jesel Senior Vice President/Global General Manager of Tom Ford Beauty. Jesel will lead the brand, working directly with the eponymous designer and reporting to John Demsey, Group President, The Estée Lauder Companies.

Jesel has served at Lauder for 14 years across a number of roles, including Senior Vice President of Global and North America Marketing for MAC Cosmetics and Vice President, Global Marketing  for the Estée Lauder brand. Prior to joining Jesel worked at Lancôme (L’Oréal).
