Henkel has revealed that it will continue to operate in Iran despite the uncertainty caused by tensions between the country and the US over the former’s nuclear deal, according to a report published by Xinhua.
“We see huge potential in Iran, it is a market with a future,” said a representative for the group at a round table held at the manufacturer of Schwarzkopf’s office in Dubai.
US President Donald Trump has refused to certify Iran’s international nuclear deal, stating that he will deny the country ‘all paths to a nuclear weapon’. Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has threatened to ‘cut the deal into shreds’ if the US leader persists in his opposition.
