Packaging company Hoffman Neopac and its subsidiary company Tu-Plast are set to pool market expertise and restructure its cosmetics sales team as of this month.
In a bid to delve into new markets, the rearrangement sees Hoffman Neopac AC and Tu-Plast pooling resources between the two companies and will be headed up by Michael Aringhoff, who has extensive experience in the area. He will be joined by Attila Békési who was previously Commercial Director for Tu-Plast but will now cover the post for the whole group and report directly to Aringhoff. He will also direct the group’s sales regions. In another change, Monika Rüegg will now lead strategic market projects.
Tu-Plast, located in Hungary, has been part of Hoffman Neopac, based in Switzerland, for 10 years, with both companies offering packaging options for the cosmetics industry such as PE and Coex tubes and specialized Polyfoil tubes.
Aringhoff says, “We’re pooling our resources for producing cosmetics tubes on the rapidly changing European market and want to take strategic steps to enter new markets. Successfully harmonizing both sales organizations across cultures and locations is what will allow us to achieve those goals. Our complete portfolio of Polyfoil®, PE und Coex tubes offers considerable potential for serving both existing and new customers who are looking for cosmetics packaging that is attractive and safe.”
