Inolex speciality cosmetic ingredients company has appointed Arthur Knox (Art) as Vice President and Global Head of Personal care Sales.

As part of his role Knox will be responsible for leading the company’s global sales team, developing new business opportunities and creating customized solutions for client’s needs.

Prior to his position at Inolex, Knox held senior leadership roles with Croda International for nearly thirty years. His most recent role as Managing Director, Global Personal Care Sales, saw him hold the responsibility for developing a cohesive global sales team that initiated collaborations with key multinational clients.

Prior to that he spent five years in Singapore leading Croda’s Asia Pacific Consumer business where he expanded its global footprint by opening up new offices, labs and collaboration centers in China, Singapore, Korea, Indonesia and Vietnam.
