Is L’Oréal gearing up for a media review?

L’Oréal is said to be gearing up for a review of its media planning and buying services, with AdNews reporting that the French beauty giant is in exploratory talks with several agencies.

L’Oréal’s estimated US$30 million account currently sits with Carat, who won the business in late 2013. It’s standard practice to stage a review every three years. The French beauty giant holds a separate account for its Kiehl’s brand, which has been in the hands of Australian agency Cummins&Partners since 2015.

AdNews contacted the agencies thought to be involved and L’Oréal but all declined to comment.
