How2Recycle has announced that baby care giant Johnson & Johnson has adopted its labelling system, according to a report published by Recycling Today.

The US manufacturer of Neutrogena will add the label to bottles across its baby care range. The label is the only US-based recycling label that is standardized across all packaging types.

“We are thrilled that Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc is joining the movement of hundreds of brands embracing standardized recycling labeling with How2Recycle,” Kelly Cramer, Lead of How2Recycle at the Sustainable Packaging Coalition told Recycling Today. “By telling people exactly how to recycle their packaging, Johnson & Johnson is empowering parents to take proper action while making their lives easier.”
