The Kardashian sisters, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, have won a long-standing battle against Euro Kroma over the name of their former make-up line, Khroma Beauty, according to a report published by The Daily Mail.

However, the victory was somewhat pyrrhic, given that the court found in the Kardashian’s favor on the grounds that they had already settled in a case with parent company Kroma make-up.

Euro Kroma claimed that it should be entitled to part of the settlement award but the court ruled that the original payment was sufficient to cover the ‘entire action’.

The licensing company behind the Kardashian line, Boldface Licensing and Branding, has since rebranded the line, which is now called Kardashian Beauty.
