L’Oréal appoints Aurelie de Cremiers as Country Manager, New Zealand

L’Oréal has announced the appointment of Aurelie de Cremiers as Country Manager, New Zealand, who has succeeded Martin Smith.

de Cremiers, who has been with the company for 16 years, will lead the Consumer Products division, as well as head up the New Zealand Management Committee. Since arriving in New Zealand in 2012 as Group Product and Marketing Manager, L’Oréal Australia, de Cremiers is said to have been instrumental in taking Maybelline, L’Oréal Paris Expert, and L’Oréal Paris hair colour to be the leading brands in beauty, skincare and hair care respectively.

Speaking of her new role, de Cremiers said, “I’m honoured to take on the leadership role in New Zealand.  There has been outstanding work done to entrench L’Oréal as the beauty range of choice for New Zealanders. I’m excited to build on this work and make a positive and impactful difference to people’s lives through our people and brands as we look to share beauty with all.”

The New Zealand division contributes 22.6 percent of the Asia and Pacific zone division zones.
