L’Oréal Canada has announced the appointment of Stéphanie Binette as its new Chief Marketing Officer, who will succeed Stéphane Bérubé.
Binette has been with the company for 10 years and is said to have ‘contributed significantly’ to the company’s success following her entry position of Garnier Group Leader in 2006.
As part of her time at L’Oréal, Binette has held positions of Director of Marketing, Colour & Hair Care for L’Oréal Paris and Brand Manager of Maybelline New York.
Speaking of her new role, the company said in a statement, “Stéphanie will continue the CMO continue mandate of managing L’Oréal Canada’s marketing transformation in the digital era with three objectives: accelerating e-business, customizing the marketing approach and excellence in engaging Brands with consumers.”
Bérubé is set to take on the position of CMO for the Western Europe zone, effective 15 August, where he will be based in London.
