L’Oréal Canada Chief Comms Officer named one of WXN’s Most Powerful Women

L’Oréal Canada has announced that its Vice President General Counsel / Chief Communications Officer, Nadia Petrolito, has been named among Canada’s 2017 Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winners.

The WXN awards, co-presented by KPMG, are given to remarkable women in 10 categories, with Petrolito winning in the HSBC Corporate Executives category.

“I am humbled to join WXN’s network of powerful women and I admire their mission dedicated to the advancement and recognition of women leaders and the promotion of diversity,” Petrolito said.

Petrolito joined L’Oréal Canada in 2006 as Legal Counsel and rose quickly to lead the department within the space of 12 months. In her current role, she heads up the legal affairs and corporate communications departments, helps coordinate the Sharing Beauty With All CSR program and is part of the group’s worldwide network of ethics correspondents, as well as a member of the L’Oréal Canada Executive Committee.
