L’Oreal looks to tighten compliance with Bizagi appointment

In a bid to automate many standard operating procedures in order to improve ROI within R&D, L’Oreal R&I USA has selected US-based BPM provider Bizago to tighten compliance.

In what was a tight tender that included four of the leading competitor systems, the R&D division of the cosmetics giant has started piloting Bizago to automate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within R&D to automate and accelerate work in its labs.

Bigazi overs a risk-free strategy, offering customers the opportunity to try, test and automate complete business processes for free. Bigazi’s freemium model has reached great success with three million downloads of its Bigazi Modeler Software, a low code application that helps users lead on process improvement.

Adam Radziszewski, Director of Innovation and New Technologies in R&I USA, says, “We chose Bizagi for its unique engagement model and risk-free evaluation strategy.
“The Bizagi platform is easier to engage with, evaluate and purchase than competitor offerings. Its low-code modeler and form designer is very intuitive, enhancing business/IT collaboration and allowing for quick technology learning and adoption.”

Thanks to the collaboration with L’Oreal, Bigazo now has just over 500 enterprise customers on its books.

Radziszewski adds, “Today’s customers – even those the size of L’Oreal – cannot afford to make mistakes in their IT buying strategy. We’re delighted that the company has joined the likes of Adidas, GE and Old Mutual and look forward to working with their team to implement quick wins and ROI in the coming weeks.”
