Fresh from its Emmys success, L’Oréal has signed a partnership deal with the Fashion Design Council of India, this time with its Maybelline New York brand.
Under the deal, Maybelline New York will become associate sponsor for Amazon India Fashion Week Spring Summer ‘16, the first time that the global cosmetic brand has teamed up with the country’s fashion industry.
“The Indian cosmetic industry is burgeoning and this collaboration will only bolster our commitment towards adding a colorful landscape to the event,” said Sunil Sethi, President of the FDCI.
“Through our presence at this platform, we hope to inspire women to create their own unique style statements with make-up and empower them with the mantra of ‘Make it Happen’,” added Pooja Sahgal, General Manager of Maybelline New York – India.
