L’Oréal Paris has opened nominations for the second edition of its Canadian Women of Worth Awards. The nomination period runs through October 15, 2017.

The program, which is designed to celebrate extraordinary Canadian women who volunteer their time and energy to help others, is an offshoot of the popular US program. Applicants will be whittled down to 10 Honourees, who will receive a US$10,000 grant for their non-profit cause, with an additional US$10,000 grant awarded to the woman named National Honouree.

“It’s an honor to be able to publicly celebrate these awe-inspiring women by shining a spotlight on their causes and providing financial support to help them reach and benefit even more Canadians,” said Milan Mladjenovic, General Manager, L’Oréal Paris in Canada.
