L’Oréal shakes up Americas leadership

THE WHAT? L’Oréal has announced a series of leadership appointments for its Americas division. The French beauty giant named Susannah Greenberg, Chief Information Officer for the Americas; Nathalie Gerschtein as President of Consumer Products Division for North America Zone; and Leslie Marino as President of Professional Products Division for the US.

THE DETAILS Greenberg has worked for the French beauty giant for more than a decade and replaces Michael Kingston who has retired. In her new role, she will drive the growth, development and transformation of L’Oréal’s Beauty Tech ambition.

Both Gerschtein and Marino have worked across a number of senior roles over their 20-year-long careers with L’Oréal, and will be responsible for overseeing and accelerating growth for their respective divisions.

THE WHY? With more than 50 years of experience within L’Oréal across all three executives; Greenberg, Marino and Gerschtein will continue leveraging their expertise and industry proficiency to drive the beauty leader forward, L’Oréal said in a statement on the executive moves.
