L’Oréal USA invests $12 million into North Little Rock plant; creates new job opportunities

THE WHAT? L’Oréal USA has invested $12 million into its North Little Rock plant, a move that will create 45 new full-time jobs. 

THE DETAILS The beauty company currently employs 350 people at the plant, and plans to increase production for all brands. 

The largest color cosmetics factory worldwide for the L’Oréal Group, the company will be given state economic development incentives, such as ArkPlus. This gives tax credits of 10 percent of the total investment into expansion projects. 

THE WHY? The company plans to increase production of all brands manufactured at the factory, with the expansion project also helping to bolster the local economy.
