E-commerce site LovelySkin.com has been awarded the Bizrate Circle of Excellence Platinum Award for the fifth year running. The title is awarded to retailers that receive outstanding customer satisfaction scores, rated by millions of verified online buyers.

Just 84 eligible retailers earned a platinum award out of a potential pool of 4,000 in the United States and Canada. Those who received the prize gained scores of at least nine out of 10 in seven key satisfaction indicators, including timely delivery, product selection and overall satisfaction.
