UK-based Coty has made a series of managerial appointments for its UK beauty divisions including its consumer beauty division.
According to WWD, Coty has appointed Daniel Minney as General Manager for the company’s consumer beauty division while Alex Vaganay has been made General Manager of luxury.
Minney is currently employed as Managing Director for Wella UK and Ireland, having worked for P&G for 25 years, while Vaganay will be leaving his position at BIC, having held various marketing and managerial positions at Unilever.
In another appointment, Andrew Kelsall will become General Manager of professional beauty.
According to a statement from the company to WWD, the managers, “will play a substantial role in Coty’s future growth. The divisions will, where it makes sense, share some services and office accommodations, but otherwise each division will operate separately.”
