A perfume marketed by UK high-street stalwart Marks & Spencer is being hailed as a budget alternative to Chanel’s Allure, according to a report published by The Sun newspaper.
Priced at £18, Autograph New York has received dozens of five-star reviews with customers noting its likeness to the famous designer scent. The fragrance is now out of stock on the retailer’s website.
Both scents are said to contain notes of rose and vanilla, although customers did point out that the Marks & Spencer fragrance didn’t last as long as its prestige smell-a-like.
