Colour cosmetics maker Markwins has announced the appointment of Ms Leslie H Hernandez as Chief Financial Officer, promoted from her previous position of Senior Vice President of Finance.

The role is newly created for Hernandez and will see her report to company Chairman and CEO Mr Eric Chen, while also advising the board of directors. As part of the role, Hernandez will continue to be responsible for the management of complex business transactions and strategic initiatives including direct communications with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Nomination Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees and the reliable reporting of financial results.

Hernandez has over 11 years’ experience in the cosmetic’s industry having previously been employed by Physicians Formula where she held a similar position.
